Ledgerhubpro services are available to persons and entities that can lawfully enter into contracts under applicable Thai law and who represent small businesses or sole proprietors seeking accounting support. Use for illegal activities or to evade legal obligations is prohibited.

Users must be of legal age to form binding contracts under applicable law. If an organization registers, the individual completing registration confirms they have authority to bind that organization.

Services must be used for lawful business purposes only. Users are responsible for complying with tax, accounting and reporting obligations in their jurisdiction, including Thailand.

Ledgerhubpro primarily serves clients in Thailand. Availability of features may vary by location and local regulatory restrictions may apply.

Creating an account with Ledgerhubpro requires accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide and maintain accurate business and contact information. Ledgerhubpro relies on this information to deliver services and comply with regulatory records requirements.

Protect your login credentials and enable available security features. Ledgerhubpro implements reasonable administrative and technical controls to protect data, but you are responsible for preventing unauthorized access on your side.

Accounts are personal to the registered user or organization and may not be transferred without prior written approval from Ledgerhubpro.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify Ledgerhubpro immediately at [email protected] or by phone at +66909472214 so we can take appropriate measures.

Ledgerhubpro may suspend or limit access to accounts for suspected fraud, security risks, or violations of these terms. We will notify the account holder where feasible.

Ledgerhubpro provides bookkeeping, preparation of accounting records, small-firm advisory and administrative support services suitable for micro and small enterprises. Services are informational and administrative; final business decisions and statutory filings remain the responsibility of the client.

Service features, scope and pricing may be updated. Ledgerhubpro will publish changes on ledgerhubpro.link and communicate material updates to affected clients in advance when practicable.

We aim for reliable service availability, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or due to circumstances beyond our control. Ledgerhubpro is not responsible for temporary outages.

Users must follow these rules when using Ledgerhubpro services:

• Use services only for lawful business purposes and compliant accounting activity.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Ledgerhubpro systems.
• Do not upload or distribute malicious software or content that infringes rights.
• Respect confidentiality and do not share credentials or access with unauthorized parties.
• Provide accurate and timely information required for accounting and reporting tasks.
• Comply with applicable tax and reporting obligations and retain required records.
• Cooperate with reasonable verification, audit or due diligence requests from Ledgerhubpro.

Users may submit business data, documents and other content necessary for service delivery. You remain responsible for content accuracy and legality.

You retain ownership of documents and data you submit. By submitting content, you grant Ledgerhubpro the rights needed to process and store that content to provide services.

You grant Ledgerhubpro a limited, non-exclusive license to use, copy and store submitted content for service delivery, backup and compliance purposes. This license ends when content is deleted, subject to retention obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. Ledgerhubpro may remove or refuse content that violates policies.

Requests to delete user content will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable retention rules. Some records may be retained for legal, tax or audit reasons.

All Ledgerhubpro intellectual property, including activity, service names and software, is owned by or licensed to Ledgerhubpro. Users receive no rights to Ledgerhubpro IP beyond the limited use necessary to access services.

• Do not copy, modify or distribute Ledgerhubpro branded materials without written permission.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from Ledgerhubpro software.
• Respect third-party intellectual property and do not upload infringing materials.

Some Ledgerhubpro services require payment. Paid services are described on ledgerhubpro.link and in client agreements.

Pricing for paid services is set out on the website or in service proposals. Fees are quoted in the stated currency and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are due per the invoicing terms in client agreements. Accepted payment methods are specified in invoices. Ledgerhubpro may suspend services for non-payment following notice.

Where subscription billing applies, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation options and notice periods are described at signup and in the client agreement.

Refunds, if any, are handled per the applicable service agreement. Ledgerhubpro reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis and provides outcomes in writing.

Clients may cancel paid services according to the notice terms in their agreement. Cancellation does not remove liabilities for unpaid fees incurred prior to cancellation.

Clients are responsible for taxes applicable to services in their jurisdiction. Ledgerhubpro will collect taxes when required by law and provide documentation as needed.

Ledgerhubpro may change pricing with advance notice where required by contract. Ongoing subscriptions will be subject to the change from the next billing cycle after notice.

Non-payment may result in suspension, collection actions, or termination. Ledgerhubpro will attempt to notify clients before taking such actions.

Ledgerhubpro provides accounting support and information but does not provide legal or tax rulings. Clients should seek independent tax or legal advice for regulatory or tax matters specific to their situation.

To the extent permitted by law, Ledgerhubpro’s liability for direct damages arising from use of services is limited to fees paid by the client for the affected service during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Ledgerhubpro is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

Third-party integrations and links may be used to provide additional functionality. Ledgerhubpro is not responsible for third-party services and any separate terms between users and those providers apply.

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the contract terms. Ledgerhubpro may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirement, or security concerns.

Upon termination, Ledgerhubpro may delete or archive account data per retention policy. Clients should export necessary records before termination and settle outstanding balances.

Ledgerhubpro processes personal data as described in the privacy policy published at ledgerhubpro.link/privacy. Data processing supports service delivery, compliance and client communications.

We may send service messages, invoices and notices by email or other contact methods you provide. Important contractual notices will be sent per the contact details registered for your account.

Ledgerhubpro may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to affected clients prior to implementation when reasonable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties agree that Thai law governs interpretation and enforcement, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Parties should attempt to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand or to alternative dispute resolution if both parties agree.
